.Behnke, Inc. is a short-to-medium haul truckload carrier.  The company operates out of one terminal and the company headquarters is located in Battle Creek, MI.  The company transports freight for shippers and generates revenue either per mile or on a rate per truckload shipment.  The company was founded by Carl H. Behnke in 1930 when he purchased the authority from Lafler Trucking.  The motor carrier number of 052473 is still being used today and the company is now managed by several of Carl H. Behnke’s grandchildren.

One of the largest transportation firms in the Battle Creek/Kalamazoo, MI community, Behnke operates close to 45 tractors and over 250 dry van trailers.
