Bell Aquaculture is the nation's largest producing yellow perch farm, raising and harvesting its own brand  - Bell Perch.  Bell is vertically integrated, meaning the fish are monitored from egg to market-size fish for health and growth.  The fish are grown indoors in re-circulating aquaculture systems, and they are free of any mercury, toxins and antibiotics. Yellow perch is a sweet, mild freshwater fish, popular in the Great Lakes region and beyond.
