Plants are grown locally in company-owned greenhouses in Virginia, Maryland and Ohio, along with a network of 35 independent family farms on Maryland's Eastern Shore. Headquartered in Elkridge, Maryland, Bell Nursery is among the nation's largest growers of annuals and perennials. The company also supplies succulents, houseplants, tropicals, trees and shrubs to the stores it serves. Bell has four distribution centers serving nearly 200 Home Depots in Virginia, Maryland, DC, Delaware, as well as parts of North Carolina, West Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
