The Bell Policy Center is a nonprofit organization based in Denver, Colorado, focused on advancing economic mobility for Coloradans. It conducts research and advocacy to provide policymakers, advocates, and the public with credible resources that help shape a practical policy agenda to raise the economic floor and strengthen the middle class. The organization centers its work on four major forces it sees as threats to mobility: shifting demographics, rising inequality, underinvestment in communities, and technology’s impact on how people work and learn. 

Historically, it has championed reforms in areas such as education, higher wages, human services, and consumer protections, and it engages across conversations, ballot initiatives, legislative work, and community outreach to elevate diverse perspectives. In May 2026, Bell Policy Center partnered with Cohealthinitiative and hosted end-of-session events with partners from the Colorado Consumer Health Initiative.
