Events, The Owl Bar and The 13th Floor The Owl Bar One of Belvedere’s main attractions is the speakeasy bar that has been around since the building first opened in 1903. The bar remained nameless for many years but it instantly became the ultimate gentlemen’s drinking establishment, especially during the prohibition years. Over 100 years later the Owl Bar is still Baltimore’s destination for delicious food and drink served with a rich past and historic atmosphere. The Owl Bar features 20 draft craft beer selections, cocktail and wine list, brick oven pizzas and paninis, and full brunch, lunch, and dinner menus. The Owl Bar is available for private and semi-private events. Capacity for a seated dinner is 90 and 125 for a standing cocktail reception. The 13th Floor The 13th Floor is a venue as unique to its city as The Belvedere itself.
