Founded by Jordan Vogel and Aaron Feldman, together, the pair have built a vertically integrated firm and are directly involved in all aspects of the acquisition, re-positioning and/or redevelopment process of each property. Over the firm's nine year history, Vogel and Feldman have successfully allocated over $300,000,000 of committed capital.
