bendystraw was founded in 2014,  to bring solutions and gap products ignored by traditional vendors in the equity compensation and human resources space. Unlike many traditional start-up service and technology firms, we are trying to keep our mission narrowly-focused - focus on technology solutions and solving a narrow set of problems. We are not a super store of consulting services and 'we can build that' technology, but what we do, we do very well. 

We are passionate about employee education and engagement and have a custom animated video offering for employee education in the HR benefits and compensation world. We are also building an ownership guidelines platform and work on data integration in the HR landscape. 

In the end it is just one idea...being a flexible conduit of information...bendystraw.
