Benton Hospice Service serves terminally ill patients, their families and caregivers, as well as the local community through end-of-life education (in public schools, universities, employee and civic groups), grief education and support groups, family grief program, family caregiver education and support, and Transitions: a program for people not yet eligible or ready for hospice care, also support for their caregivers. Benton Hospice Service also provides end-of-life training and education for staff at care facilities throughout Linn and Benton counties.
