We specialize in the transformation of technical executives. 
It’s been our experience that many truly gifted engineers, scientists, lawyers, accountants and other technical executives have a classic left-brain orientation towards analytical skills at the expense of some basic staples of ordinary business life—human interaction, team work, creativity, communication and presentation skills.

We work with these talented individuals to bring out what is already inside them, just locked away behind a veil of life experiences that has repeatedly told them: “I am not a creative person…I don’t communicate well…I work best on my own”. These tracks have played in their heads for so many years that they become self-fulfilling prophecies.

Our work in 1:1 coaching as well as workshop groups is based on the Active Communication methodology developed by Dr. Mark Rittenberg of the Executive Coaching Institute of the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. It is also heavily influenced by the pioneering lab work of Dr. Dacher Keltner of UC Berkeley in the field of human interactions
