The company prioritizes safety, reliability, and quality and holds FAIM certification from the FIDI organization, indicating adherence to stringent standards across operations, staff training, and facilities. Based in Istanbul, it serves a diverse client base with complex, high-stakes shipments.

Its Bergen Fine Art division, established in 1984, specializes in the logistics of historical artifacts and fine art. It is recognized for serving leading museums and exhibitions in Turkey and internationally, backed by memberships with ICEFAT and ARTIM. The division operates its own fleet of climate-controlled, security-tracked vehicles tailored for fragile transports, and maintains storage facilities in Istanbul offering short- and long-term options with environmental controls and 24/7 security.
