Following our previews of newly listed homes, we offer specific suggestions to the listing agent to maximize the selling opportunities. Each week our team meets to share information, discuss our sellers’ needs and ways we can promote their respective properties. With 48 REALTORS® on our team, our sellers are exposed to 10% of the sales force of the Pinehurst/Southern Pines Area Association of REALTORS® as soon as the listing becomes active.

For Buyers
