Attorney Beth Bertelson has significant experience as an employment law litigator. She has also served on the Executive Board for the Minnesota division of NELA and the MSBA Labor and Employment Law Section. She has been a board member for several non-profit organizations. Beth also mediates employment disputes, moderates panel discussions and has lectured on various topics in employment law.

Andrea R. Ostapowich is an attorney with Bertelson Law Office. Andrea served on the board for the Minnesota chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association and is a member of the Minnesota Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association. She currently writes a quarterly column on unemployment law updates for the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association. In addition to helping clients with their employment law disputes, Andrea also can assist individuals with issues involving unemployment compensation benefits.
