Berthiaume & Berthiaume is the successor firm to Igoe and Beaudette, a law firm started in North Brookfield and providing legal service in western Worcester and eastern Hampshire counties since 1934. The general law practice can meet all of the legal needs within the community, including estate planning and elder law, probate and estate administration, residential and commercial real estate, business and corporate law, family law, zoning, land use and landlord/tenant representation. They also provide criminal law defense in the District and Juvenile Courts and civil litigation representation in all Trial Courts. The law firm, consisting of three attorneys and support staff, is committed to responsive, client-focused, results-oriented representation. Senior partner Blaise P. Berthiaume began practicing locally in 1972. He was joined in practice by his sons, Damien Berthiaume in 2001, and Padgett Berthiaume in 2006. The law offices at 89 Main Street, Suite 2 in Ware and at 4 Elm Street in North Brookfield are open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Those in need of legal assistance may call the Ware office at 413-213-3000 or the North Brookfield office at 508-867-6885.
