We are a mid-sized civil defense law firm located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The present day Best & Sharp was incorporated in 1988.  At that time, the firm primarily represented doctors, hospitals and other health related professionals in cases of medical malpractice.

Over the years the firm grew and expanded into other areas of law and began defending clients in cases of nursing home liability, bad faith, product and medical device liability, municipal liability, premises liability, employment litigation, and motor vehicle and trucking accident litigation.

While our practice has become more diverse, our commitment to our clients has not wavered. We analyze the particular facts in each case, evaluate the individual needs of each client, and develop a custom comprehensive plan of action for each lawsuit.
