Betances Health Center is a federally qualified health center delivering community-based primary care in New York City, with a long-standing presence on the Lower East Side since 1970. Its mission is to ensure quality health care as a basic right for all, regardless of ability to pay. The center pursues an integrated care model that combines Western medicine with holistic treatments to address health risks associated with poverty and limited access to care.

The organization is based in New York City and is expanding its services from the Lower East Side into the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn.
