Better Health Partnership is a small nonprofit regional health care collaborative focused on primary care and chronic conditions that undermine community health and raise costs. It supports the delivery of high-quality, appropriate care to improve the value of health care for patients, providers, insurers, employers, and community organizations that are working to transform care. Based in Cleveland, Ohio, the organization was established in 2007 as a multi-stakeholder initiative backed by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation as part of its Aligning Forces for Quality program. In 2020, it partnered with First Year Cleveland to set up a hotline to help expecting and new mothers navigate the health care system during the COVID-19 period.
