Too often, employers and employees have been put in a position to settle for a short term hire that satisfies the status quo. But that’s not good enough in today’s competitive marketplace.

Companies have to make better hires, not status quo hires - everybody has to be better than they were yesterday. Including us.

Our job is to secure a better hire for both of you in a tough environment. To make the point, we changed our company name from Adatech to Better Hire as a constant reminder of why we’re working together. We find people who work and who work better together.

Tech demands – by having know-how and a sense of context. Those who can pick up a vision and run with it.

Sales demands – by understanding human nature and behavior. Those who know the difference in selling & maintaining.

Construction demands – by having a compulsion for closure. Those who can lead a team + hit a goal.

Decision demands – by possessing discernment and experience. Those who are prudent but know when & how to ‘stretch’.
