BetterMed Urgent Care is on a mission to provide compassionate and expert care in an urgent care environment. Our locations across Virginia and North Carolina offer affordable urgent care, telecare, testing, and corporate health solutions to patients of all ages and walks of life. We treat a variety of injuries, illnesses and ailments ranging from minor to serious, and offer a full suite of on-site services like x-rays, ultrasounds, lab work and more. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we launched a program of medical evaluation and testing, available to the general public but also as a tailored offering to business customers. Additionally, we have also opened our own CLIA-certified High-complexity PCR lab which allows us to deliver PCR test results the same day or next day. Our COVID-19 Business Solutions customizes an agile, efficient, and effective action plan to transition an organization safely back to in-person operations. Founded in 2012 by a group of Emergency Care providers, BetterMed Urgent Care remains committed to providing an outstanding work environment for team members, and safe, compassionate care for patients.
