Nimble residential focus Target Bettis Construction for residential development and renovation projects, highlighting opportunities in new homes, ranch estates, and major additions given their stated specialization and small team size which may indicate preferred subcontractor/partner relationships.

Regional growth potential Although the exact location isn’t specified, Bettis operates in construction with $1M-$10M revenue, suggesting appetite for projects in mid-market residential builds or expansions. Position as a reliable, customer-focused partner for repeat local engagements and referrals.

Tech and operations fit Their tech stack includes Wix for web presence and Google Cloud, signaling openness to scalable, cost-conscious digital workflows. Propose seamless project management, cloud collaboration, and digital document handling integrations to improve bid processes and daily operations.

Lean but scalable Small team size (2-10 employees) combined with mid-range revenue presents a vendor profile that values easy-to-manage, flexible partnerships. Offer scalable subcontracting, training, or vendor management programs to expand capacity without adding full-time staff.

Competitive positioning Position Bettis alongside mid-market builders by emphasizing efficiency, quality, and personalized service. Highlight case studies, warranty support, and reputation in residential renovations to differentiate from larger firms with broader but less personalized services.
