Biederman Redevelopment Ventures is a placemaking consulting firm that creates, redevelops, and operates parks, public spaces, neighborhood streetscapes, and the public realms of mixed-use developments. 

We work for real estate developers, foundations, government agencies, and professional sports teams alike on revitalizing urban space and creating clean, safe, and active places that add value and stimulate economic development.

The public spaces we operate are often financially self-sustaining and generally don’t rely on government funds for operations. BRV has completed projects in New York, San Francisco, Dallas, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Buffalo, Boston, and many other cities across North America and abroad.
