Our mission is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. In 2024, we served 617 children across Brown, Door, Shawano, Oconto, and Kewaunee counties.

We accomplish our mission by partnering with parents/guardians, volunteers and others in the community, and we hold ourselves accountable for each child in our program achieving:

- Avoidance of risky behaviors; and
- Educational success.
