Big Island Coffee Roasters operates as a craft coffee roaster based in Mountain View, Hawaii. The company foregrounds quality, sustainability, and community, with locally harvested coffees that are milled in small batches and roasted to order, then shipped directly from farm-to-door. It collaborates with farmers across Hawaii to offer a wide range of authentic Hawaiian coffees for global distribution, and it powers its operations with renewable energy while supporting wildlife rescue initiatives.

Customers include hospitality operators and specialty coffee consumers who seek authentic Hawaiian brews, with a focus on maintaining quality through a farm-to-cup approach from harvest to roast. In 2024, the company formed a partnership with Table One Hospitality to establish a joint coffee shop concept in Honolulu, illustrating its engagement with hospitality partners.
