Smaller school, lean IT Despite being a small district-level school, Big Ridge Elementary operates with under 50 employees, suggesting opportunities for cost-effective, scalable IT and cloud services tailored to smaller educational institutions.

Cloud and security stack Current tech usage includes AWS, Cloudflare, Google Workspace, Datadog, Filestack and Windows Server, indicating openness to cloud, security and observability solutions; potential upsell to enhanced cloud governance, data protection, and monitoring.

Funding readiness Revenue under one million with a district-like profile similar to larger public systems could translate into multi-year procurement cycles; identify grant-ready or state-funded programs for IT modernization and security investments.

Digital collaboration focus Adoption of Google Workspace and Filestack signals emphasis on collaboration, file management and digital workflows—opportunity to propose unified communication, LMS integration, and student/teacher productivity enhancements.

Competitive landscape The school sits in a market with much larger public systems; framing value around affordable, scalable, and straightforward deployments, with strong customer support and quick ROI, can differentiate the offering for small districts and elementary schools.
