Brian went on to become a licensed contractor in Georgia and South Carolina. He is LEED AP certified. Estimator: Kirk Palmer joined Bill Grotheer Construction in 2008 as an estimator. He began his career in insurance restoration in the early 1990s. Kirk went on to become an insurance adjustor for some of the largest insurance companies in the nation. He is Xactimate certified and is proficient in providing accurate estimates.
