Billings Clinic is a not-for-profit health care system based in Billings, Montana (801 North 29th Street, Billings, MT 59107) and is the state's largest health care system, operating the first and only Level I Trauma Center serving Montana, Wyoming, and the western Dakotas. It functions as an integrated multi-specialty group practice anchored by a 304-bed hospital and is governed by a board of community members, nurses, and physicians with physician leadership. The organization employs more than 4,600 people, including over 480 physicians and advanced practitioners delivering more than 80 specialties. Billings Clinic maintains 14 regional partnerships, including management agreements with 13 Critical Access Hospitals and one outpatient clinic, and conducts roughly 110 specialty care clinics per month at 21 regional locations serving rural populations in Montana, Wyoming, and North Dakota. It has been designated as Montana's first Magnet organization (2006) and is a member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network.
