Binky Patrol Comforting Covers for Kids is a national, volunteer-driven nonprofit that creates and distributes handmade blankets to children facing serious health challenges, abuse, trauma, or foster care. Typically, recipients are ages 0 to 18, including children born HIV+, those affected by drug addiction, AIDS, or other chronic or terminal illnesses, with adults considered if blankets are available and a need is identified. The organization relies entirely on volunteers and a board of directors, with thousands of volunteers nationwide and more than 100 chapters.

Based in Beaverton, Oregon, it operates in the philanthropic sector and coordinates with local shelters, hospitals, and emergency foster care to identify those in need. In January 2025, Binky Patrol announced a partnership with Alsangels to coordinate shipment of blankets.
