BioEDEN operates as an international private bank for storing stem cells derived from deciduous teeth. The service involves collecting, assessing, and cryogenically preserving these cells for potential autologous use later in life. Founded in 2006, the company runs processing laboratories in the United Kingdom and the United States to serve a global client base.

The firm targets parents seeking a non-invasive option to safeguard a child’s stem cells for future medical needs. Its international laboratories support coverage across Europe, India, the Middle East from the UK facility and across North and Central America, South Africa and South Korea from the US facility. In December 2020, BioEden Inc. was acquired by Future Health Biobank, a move described as creating the world’s first and largest tooth stem cell bank.
