In May of 2022, the Bionetics Corporation purchased the assets of Intek, Inc. and continues to operate the business with many of the same employees. 
Intek, now Bionetics, built a reputation for highly accurate and reliable flow measurement systems, capable of operating at low flow rates and compatible with most industrial chemicals and gases.  Their instruments and services help customers in a wide range of industries including:
 - Power Generation
 - Nuclear
 - Chemical/Petrochemical - Pulp & Paper
 - Semiconductor
 -  Consumer Products/Packaging
 -  Water/Wastewater
 - and even circling the globe every 90 minutes on the International Space Station!

Our experience and engineering skill also allow us to design custom flow solutions for customers with unique flow specifications.  For example, a flow application problem at a power generation plant led to the development of Intek's other major line of business: RheoVac systems and services for power plant condensers. These flow instruments and services help power plants optimize the operation of their steam surface condensers, improving heat rate and reducing operating and maintenance costs.
