We manufacture PLA, PBAT, PHA, PBS, TPE, TPU, VAE, PHB, PGA, Sugar Cane PVA, Bio PE, Bio PP, Bio PET, Bio PVC, Bagasse, plant based gel, and many blends. We also manufacture many products.

I would like to tell you about our latest innovation, the way of the future, the most efficient way to save our environment.

In an attempt to save our oceans and planet from complete plastic destruction, we have created the world's first and only, patent pending, water soluble, sugar cane PVA. It will dissolve in water, to bio carbon dioxide, similar to what we exhale, and water, no toxins, no chemicals, no heavy metals, no plastics, no microplastics, and no emissions of methane or fossil fuel carbon dioxide gas. It can replace most plastics.

PVA is generally used as a food additive, it has been approved by the US FDA for human consumption, it is typically used as a food additive in dairy products, baked foods, candy bars, cereals, dried fruits, and many more. We eat it every day. It is also used in eye drops, medicine pills, human body implants, cartilage, heart linings, pancreatic linings, and more.
It is also an ingredient in paper, paint, and concrete.

Sea turtles, fish, birds, marine mammals, and can eat all the sugar cane PVA they like, it will safely pass through their digestive systems.

All other PVA is made from fossil fuel natural gas. This causes acidification to our oceans, and releases methane gas into our atmosphere. We are against fossil fuels, so we brought PVA to the next level, and created the world's first PVA from sugar cane.

Through crystalization, we can control the dissolve time from cold to hot water, minutes to months.

Our sugar cane PVA is blow, injection, and extrusion moldable. It is resistant to bacteria, chemicals, dirt, grease, solvents, kerosene, gasoline, with a very high oxygen barrier, yet it is stronger than plastic.

Our sugar cane PVA will not interfere with the petroleum recycling stream.
