Biosci’s founder, Mark Edwards, has been involved in negotiating and analyzing biopharma alliances since the early days of the biotechnology era in the mid-1980s. In May 2021, Biosci was acquired by Evaluate, the leading provider of commercial intelligence and predictive analytics to pharmaceutical companies and their advisors.
