Birchgrove is creating a portfolio of assisted living developments within and around the M25, offering contemporary apartments for rent in brand-new, purpose- built facilities. These developments will be fully owned and operated by Birchgrove, allowing us to offer best-in-class accommodation, facilities and support for our residents.

Our first site in Sidcup will feature 74 spacious and luxurious 1-, 2-, and 3-bed apartments. Each one has been designed without compromise on proportions or finish – and we have also added modern design innovations that will enable our residents to remain fully independent for longer.

Birchgrove is backed by Bridges Fund Management. Bridges has a strong track record of successful development in the care sector having delivered 14 care and retirement developments to date. Bridges Fund Management has appointed Castleoak as our specialist development and construction partner.
