I provide individual therapy, child and adolescent therapy, and parent guidance.   Counseling can be brief and occur over just a few sessions in many cases.  My therapeutic approach combines cognitive-behavioral strategies with family systems insights, with an underlying sensitivity to the unique perspective of women and girls.  I will provide you with the support and the tools to make the change that you need to heal and grow.
