Our Mission is to broker the necessary experiences that students will need to be Bold Learners, who become Engaged Students, who then succeed as Enterprising Adults. We broker the essential understanding that will incorporate art and skill subjects into the basic education of numerous students. Our purpose is to provide these practices to nurture and develop the innovation in every student. Our goal is to educate and train students in a deeper learning for academic excellence and vocational success. This will prepare them to be a part of the creative economy, art and culture and to make a significant contribution to the competitiveness and growth of the national economy. Our classes and workshops are tailored to the ages and needs of the child, and they are designed to seamlessly integrate to what the child is learning in his/her other core classes. Each class is a project-based learning experience that provides context, direction, purpose, and frame of reference so that what they are doing will enhance and reinforce their academic learning. Through our partnerships with Arts organizations in the area, such as The Arts Teach program from Segerstrom Center, Arts & Learning Conservatory and the Muckenthaler Center, we are able to customize an arts integrated approach to reach an under-served community within our county. Our collaboration with Junior Achievement allows us access to curriculum to inspire the students in economic principles from an early age into their core learning experience. Our hope is that we can change the statistics that 9 out of 10 small businesses fail within their first 5 years.
