Black | Mann & Graham, L.L.P. was formed in 2000 to provide creditor representation in Texas to mortgage lenders.  Since then, the firm has become an industry leader in the preparation of loan document packages, regulatory compliance advice and loan fulfillment services.  Clients including over 250 mortgage banks, mortgage brokers, banking associates, thrift institutions, and credit unions.

The firm is a partnership between Thomas E. Black, Jr. P.C. which began operations in 1997, Calvin C. Mann, Jr., a former 33 year veteran in the document preparation business, and Gregory S. Graham, a 19 year veteran in real estate law.

The BM&G family also includes affiliate company, Goldome Documents, which represents residential mortgage lenders in all non-Texas mortgage and loan closing transactions.
