Black Saddle is focused on providing liquidity solutions to the private capital market. The firm may directly acquire limited partnership ("LP") interests, pursue fund liquidity solutions for General Partners ("GPs"), or structure bespoke solutions where optimal outcomes might otherwise be difficult in traditional capital markets. Fund solutions are typically geared towards single or multi-asset transactions where a structured, typically bespoke solution is optimal. In many cases, transparency may be limited and capital (or ability to raise capital) may not be easily accessible. 

The team has a core focus on lower & middle market U.S. buyout, growth, venture, and credit strategies (and will consider others opportunistically) given Black Saddle believes there exist high information asymmetry and structural misalignment creating significant risk/reward advantages. The lower & middle market is a vastly broader, deeper, and underserved market segment.
