Blackhorn Environmental Services, LLC is a waste disposal facility that accepts any form of waste regulated by the Texas Railroad Commission (RRC) such as drilling, frac, production, spill or contaminated waste. Located in Jim Wells county, Blackhorn primarily serves the onshore, offshore, pipeline and Petrochemical industries.

The Blackhorn facility is designed to handle waste materials safely and in the most environmentally conscious manner possible, from any number of over the road options.  The site offers a large offload area with multiple lanes, ensuring that all waste products are deposited quickly and efficiently.

Blackhorn Environmental Services is accessible twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. For our customers' convenience, the site also offers a multi channel wash facility, equipped to decontaminate all vessels.
