Bleecker is a food and beverage service company based in London, England, founded from a mobile burger venture that began in 2012. It emphasizes beef-centric burgers using rare-breed, pasture-fed UK cattle, with dry-aging to enhance flavor, and has gradually expanded from a food truck to fixed locations and delivery formats. The business targets diners seeking straightforward, high-quality burgers and has grown through a combination of permanent kiosks, takeout units, and delivery editions at multiple urban venues. Its operations span the London area, including spots in Old Spitalfields Market, Victoria, a Bloomberg building presence, and Westfield, with further delivery sites in Battersea, Bermondsey, Canary Wharf, and Brent Cross. The company maintains a focus on the burger as its core product, developing its footprint through observable expansion while retaining a clear, beef-forward proposition.
