3. Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities; BLOX_IRF.2 turnkey, high-performance, standardized 40, 50, 60 and 80 bed de novo facilities providing post-acute intensive rehabilitation services; 

4. Primary Care Clinics; BLOX_PCC.5: turnkey, high-performance, operationally proven primary care facilities. 

5. Ambulatory Surgery Centers; BLOX_ASC.1: turnkey, high-performance, standardized 2&4 OR facilities offering outpatient surgery.
