The Company's primary focus is to develop, support and power software as a service product offerings for the apartment leasing industry in collaboration with leading membership associations serving this sector. Blue Moon Software was established in 1992 in to develop form processing software and forms engines for the real estate industry, with initial product development focused on the residential appraisal market. The company was founded and is based in Austin, Texas. In 1994, Blue Moon Software was selected by the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) to develop software to electronically enable the official TAA forms, in order to securely process apartment and residential lease transactions for their members. In 2000 Blue Moon Software began an expansion into additional states in collaboration with the National Apartment Association, and support from the TAA.
