The Blue Ridge Apartment Council ("BRAC"), a non-profit organization, is the largest association of rental property owners in the Blue Ridge Virginia area. Members are committed to providing excellent housing opportunities for students and townspeople alike. We do business in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Law. 

Our 92 Property Managers represent over 12,000 apartments, houses, townhouses, and other properties in the Charlottesville area. We also have a network of over 50 Associate Members who offer services ranging from renters insurance to internet access.

Our organization is one of the first places prospective renters turn to when locating in Charlottesville, receiving hundreds of visitors every day. In addition to excellent website exposure, membership in BRAC has benefits including quarterly luncheons, seminars and training events, and other helpful information.
