Body Works Plus is an award winning collision repair center serving Charlotte, NC  since 1995.  Privately owned, with both business partners managing the daily operations, the primary facility is 7000 square feet,  with 500 square feet dedicated to office space and reception area.  A secondary  4000 square foot production facility was added in Spring of 2014. Up to 100 vehicles can be stored outside, with an additional 30 inside.  We employ 6 body technicians, 2 refinish technicians, 2 estimators, a parts manager, an office manager, an administrative assistant, along with  2 detailers.

	Body Works Plus places a heavy emphasis on customer service and repair quality.  Certifications include, I-CAR, AMI Master, ASE, Napa Autocare Collision Center, Underwriters Laboratories, Inc.  We have also been recognized by Honda Motor Company of North America for a commitment to a high level of customer care and satisfaction.  We maintain an A+ rating with the BBB and have been awarded the  Angie’s List Super Service Award 7 years in a row!  We also maintain a 4.9 star rating on Google reviews, and  have a  97% Customer Satisfaction  Index as measured by Update Promise. 

Body Works Plus operates under lean principles, continually improving our throughput  and cycle time  by participating in AzoNobel’s Process Centered Environment (PCE) program as a facility.  Our conversion to CCC One’s management software has allowed us to go virtually paperless, to instantly send/receive files from insurance companies, and enable our customers to check the status of their repair online, 24/7.  In addition, through CCC One’s Update Promise platform, our customer can elect to receive automatic status updates either via or text or email on their smartphones.
