Since 1984, Boedeker Plastics, Inc., a USA-owned company, has developed an extensive inventory of engineering plastics and composite sheets, rods, and tubes from a single location. Boedeker offers cut-to-size services and same-day shipping on all inventoried items. We also manufacture CNC-machined and molded plastic parts. We provide materials engineered for longer wear life and for low- and high-temperature applications. Depending on the application, our products improve toughness, impact strength, and chemical resistance, reducing friction and weight while offering thermal and electrical insulation and electrical discharge control.

Our extensive inventory is bolstered by a precision machine shop with over 100 CNC machines, enabling us to manage projects from prototypes to production. Our equipment includes water jets, 4- and 5-axis turning centers, mills, Swiss turning machines, and routers. 

Additionally, we offer injection molding services for high-volume needs and Just-In-Time supply solutions to help clients minimize inventory costs and streamline supply chains. 

Our facility is ISO 9001 & 13485 certified and employs advanced metrology equipment to ensure top-quality products. We are also ITAR Registered, 21 CFR 820 Compliant, and FDA Registered.
