We founded Bold New Directions with a clear purpose in mind: to Transform People & Performance. In keeping with our with our company name, we move individuals, teams and organizations in their own Bold New Directions. Our corporate Mission is to support the expansion of each individual; from their inner character traits to their real world skills. More broadly, we energize teams and help them overcome obstacles so that new enthusiasm permeates projects and connections. Ultimately, we support organizations in becoming thriving places to work, connect and succeed.

Bold New Directions has grown in scope to provide training solutions in North America and abroad. We deliver a range of learning solutions including Onsite Training, Executive Coaching, Open Enrollment Courses, Interactive Keynotes and Train-The-Trainer solutions. We collaborate to provide training solutions at client sites around the globe and in Anchorage, Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, San Jose, Seattle, Toronto, and Washington.

While most training companies do what they have always done – teach skills and hope they stick – we use experiential learning techniques to involve the whole person in their learning experience.
