Bollywood Hollywood Productions (BHP) began as a Line Producing filmmaking company in 1999. In the last three years it has grown from producing films with modest budgets of $5M to producing films with budgets well over $20M. Today it is credited with producing some of India's most celebrated films, which have been acquired by major Hollywood Studios, including "My Name is Khan" and "Kites." "My Name is Khan" had been chosen to be the opening film at the prestigious Berlin Film Festival on February 11th 2010 and has already broken many international box-office records. The film was released by FOX Searchlight to the main-stream audiences. My Name is Khan grossed the highest box office ever for any Indian film released worldwide and also seen by millions other than Indians. As Executive Producer the current project which is on the floor is the super-hero film "RA.One"starring Shah Rukh Khan and Kareena Kapoor and being filmed in Mumbai, Goa and London with the budget of over $20M. Recent Project include "Bang Bang" for Fox Pictures which ranked amongst top 7 movies at the Global Box Office in Oct, 2014, BHP is a pioneering company that has immensely pushed Bollywood's presence into the exclusive Hollywood arena. As a U.S. based production house, we have worked with the best Indian production houses. They have consistantly relied on our dedication and success for our mututal endeavor. Recent work include putting physical production and budgets on 3 Hollywood movies titled "Cymbeline", "Queen of the desert" and "Cell".
