In May 2025, Boomi announced it had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Thru, Inc. We have now closed: Thru is officially part of Boomi and the integration is in progress.
As part of Boomi, we are now known as "Boomi Managed File Transfer (MFT)" and continue designing secure file transfer solutions for businesses with the principles of security, integration, flexibility and scalability at heart.
