BoomTown is always seeking opportunities in both oil & gas through directly negotiated transactions, marketed processes, distressed sales, and organically generated ideas. The company, as a true independent, has multiple sources of capital available for any deal. Our capital partners include wealthy private individuals, family offices, PE firms, hedge funds, banks, mezzanine lenders, and others.
