Bott and Co is a multiple award-winning specialist consumer rights solicitors firm based in Wilmslow, Cheshire with particular expertise in personal injury, flight delay claims, motor finance, cycling accidents and road accident claims.

The company was founded in 2001 by David Bott, Paul Hinchliffe and Gary Froggatt, and was one of the first law firms to be granted Alternative Business Structure (ABS) status – this means non-solicitors can own law firms.

The flight delay compensation department was launched in February 2013 and has since recovered over £62 million in compensation.
