Boulevard Flower Gardens at Ruffin Mill operates as a retail garden center, nursery, greenhouse, and florist serving South Chesterfield, Virginia. The business grows most of its own seasonal bedding plants and gift plants on site, across fifteen production houses. Founded in 1955 as a family enterprise on Route 1 in Colonial Heights, it is now in its third generation under the Landa family.

It serves local customers seeking plants and floral gifts, relying on on-site production to maintain a steady supply and to offer specialty items such as fern hanging baskets, mums, and poinsettias. It has earned recognition within the industry, including a 2007 designation as Top Revolutionary Garden Center in the Southeastern U.S. by Today's Garden Center magazine, along with regional nominations.
