Boundary Solutions Inc. started the National Parcel Layer content service business in 2001 by introducing the National ParcelMap Data Portal (NPDP). This is the most consistently normalized NPL service direct from jurisdictions throughout the nation. BSI is in its 18th year of building the NPDP.
