Boyer Children's Clinic is a mid-sized healthcare provider based in Seattle, founded in 1942 by doctors, parents, and volunteers to serve children with cerebral palsy in a community setting. Today it focuses on children with neuromuscular disabilities and developmental delays and is the largest provider of ESIT services in Seattle for birth through teen ages, with a primary emphasis on birth to three. The organization operates two locations—the Montlake flagship site and a satellite clinic in Magnuson Park—and serves more than 1,200 children and their families annually. Care delivery relies on interdisciplinary teams that may include therapists, a developmental pediatrician, nurses, educators, social workers, and family resources coordinators to support identification, consultation, and integration of services. In 2025 the clinic added leadership member Megan, who joined in May with substantial experience in early childhood systems of care.
